TravelCLICK eMarketer of the Year
Presented by TravelCLICK, this award will go to the best integrated eMarketing program in the hotel industry. Contenders will be chosen from the Web site and Integrated Web Marketing categories.
Guided by a philosophy that states, Focus on the user and all else will follow, Google is committed to providing the best possible online experience, driven by the needs and opinions of the internet user. In honor of this principle, Google is enlisting the knowledge of relevant users, the traveling public, to determine the winner of Google's award.
Based on brand impact and consumer appeal, five powerful integrated marketing campaigns will be selected from the 2008 award winners. Those campaigns will then be judged by a panel of travelers and HSMAI members, whose voting will determine the crowd's overall favorite. In the end, Google' award winner receives the most important honor of all: recognition from the traveling public and industry peers.
New for 2008 Tourism Cares will present a Specialty Award
Gold winners will be featured in an exhibit open to all event attendees.
